For Platform Technology proposals, a white paper on the technology must be submitted under ITF Application Form (ITF Form 1.0) Part C. I.1. This white paper should address (a) the technical problem to be addressed, (b) various alternative solutions, (c) merits of the proposed solution, and (d) the business case about how the technical solution will benefit the APAS industry.
