Every day, there are about 12 million passenger journeys made on a public transport system, contributing to about 90% of the total passenger journeys. The recent "Hong Kong Smart City Blueprint 2.0" occupied the most areas of the Smart Mobility initiatives with recent deployment of 5G network which continue to enhance and expand existing city management measures and services.
The annual signature Event "APAS Smart Mobility Summit: A 5G Perspective" will be held on 25 May 2021. Professionals are invited to share their latest R&D achievements and business opportunities in 5G and Smart Mobility areas. Different automotive research funding schemes will also be presented at the event.
