Dr Lawrence Poon, Principal Consultant of APAS R&D Centre – HKPC, presented “Grasp the Hong Kong Smart City Opportunities "on 1 November 2017 at HKSTP. Dr Poon shared the government direction on smart city development to the hands-on experiences in managing the government smart city projects.
